Video Transcript: Choose To Work With Schaefer Halleen
I think clients choose lawyers for a lot of different reasons, but if a friend was going to ask me, “How should I choose a lawyer?” I would say, “interview a lot of them, sit down and talk with them, understand what their approach would be, talk to them about their expertise, and ask about fees and cost.” But ultimately, you’ve got to have a gut feeling that this is a good match, because you’re going to be turning over a very difficult problem in your life and you want to make sure it’s a good match.

About Toni Halleen
Toni has practiced employment law since graduating from law school in 1988. The field appeals to her because in our society, our jobs can be core to our identity and well-being. Even in her early years in the 70s and 80s, Toni remembers being drawn to ideals of justice, fairness, and social equality in attending anti-discrimination marches, participating in school activism, and admiring the political satire of the Smothers Brothers (and others).
