Video Transcript: Litigation Strategy Affect Client Results
One big benefit of having been in this market prosecuting claims on behalf of individual employees for over 30 years is having that track record, being known in the industry as an individual who once I advocate for a client, I don’t give up throughout the process. And we are thorough at every step of the litigation process. We leave no stone unturned in terms of the evidence we seek to discover to support our client’s claims.
And that strategy, the knowledge of that by defense counsel, has a really beneficial impact for our clients, because lawyers know what we do. And that allows us early in the process to achieve the best result possible, by settlement for our clients. It allows us to achieve those results without having to go to war, because we’ve gone to war so many times in the past, successfully, and that’s well known in this community.
