Video Transcript: Representing Victims Of Sexual Harassment
We happen to have two of the attorneys who represented the plaintiffs in the Landmark Case, Jenson versus Eveleth Mines. This is the case up north where women were being sexually harassed and assaulted in the mines. And it’s formed new law in recognizing for the first time that sexual harassment could be brought as a class-action representing a group of women. And that changed the landscape for the law of sexual harassment. And those lawyers are here in this firm. But all of our lawyers are well versed in sexual harassment and sex discrimination. And with my background in being a defense attorney, I have trained hundreds of managers in sexual harassment. And that insight adds a whole unique level to how we approach and understand the evolving law of sexual harassment.
