Our ideal clients for severance and employment contract review is essentially anybody that’s being offered a contract as a condition of them assuming a job. Usually it’s executives, it’s individuals in specialized industries. It’s individuals that have restrictive provisions in agreements like non-competes or non-solicits. Our ideal client for severance reviews can be anybody that’s been offered a severance and they need an attorney to advise them about whether that severance is reasonable and what the severance means.
