Video Transcript: Litigation Strategy Affect Client Results
We all work together as a team. No one is a silo, every voice matters. We ask each other for input and we work collaboratively for success. We celebrate our successes together and we include the paralegals and the lawyers on the cases. Paralegals are not assigned to lawyers. It’s not the old-fashioned style. We have a very open working relationship. We value the input of paralegals and we see everybody’s individual strengths and we try to maximize those. It’s the best way to serve our clients and it makes it the most rewarding for our individual employees. It’s a rewarding place to work. It’s a fun place to work.

About Toni Halleen
Toni has practiced employment law since graduating from law school in 1988. The field appeals to her because in our society, our jobs can be core to our identity and well-being. Even in her early years in the 70s and 80s, Toni remembers being drawn to ideals of justice, fairness, and social equality in attending anti-discrimination marches, participating in school activism, and admiring the political satire of the Smothers Brothers (and others).
